At Fit Smoothie, we have a strong belief in customer satisfaction and strive to make our customers happy 100% of the time. This belief is backed up by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (less shipping and handling).
For any reason if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, feel free to return the unused portion within 30 days of the ship-to date for a full refund of that product (less any shipping and handling fees). This guarantee is not provided to orders in the Fit Smoothie Saver that are shipped after the first month. Please note the following terms necessary to facilitate the refund:
In order to return your product and receive a refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department. Call 1-505-660-0400 to speak with one of our representatives. Returning your product without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department will constitute in a $20 Restocking Fee per unit.
- To guarantee timely refund processing, please mail all product returns to the address listed below along with your RMA number. Our returns department is not able to accept returned packages without an RMA number. Any returns without an RMA number will be disposed of and no refund will be given.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In addition, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges for products returned to Fit Smoothie.
- Refund packages marked "Return to Sender" cannot be processed by our returns department and no refund will be given.
- Order purchase refunds will only be credited to the same credit card to which they were originally charged.

On average how long does it take GL Fulfillment to process product returns?
Once the returns department has received your package along with the RMA number, it will generally be processed within 2 business days to. After we have processed the return, it will take a few days for the money to post to your bank account depending on your credit or bank card policy.
